Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:

  • The customer contacts Gear Xtreme Support before the service is delivered.
  • A refund request is made within 2 hours of placing the order.

Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The service has already been delivered as promised.
  • The customer provides incomplete or incorrect information during the order process.
  • The customer files a dispute/chargeback without contacting our support team first.
  • Misuse of our platform or fraudulent activity is detected.

 Dispute Policy

We request customers to contact us via Info@gearxtreme.com or our live chat system to resolve any issues before filing a dispute with PayPal.

  1. Filing a dispute or chargeback without prior communication violates our terms and may result in account suspension.

 Resolution Time

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days if deemed eligible.
